Yes, you are important.
You.
Not just what you do. Not just what you accomplish. Not who you know. Not who you hope to one day become.
But you.
You are important.
Today. Now. Here.
You are important.

It’s good to have self reassurance from time to time. So often we can focus on what we have to do or others that we neglect ourselves.
Thank you for this. it reminds me of the concept that God loves us in the now. He doesn’t love the product you will be, but rather he loves us in the now and the person we are that is not fully flushed out. The quote that says “the devil knows your name, but calls you by your sin. God knows you by your sin, but calls you by your name.” We often forget our value because of the world and the things around us.
I really enjoyed the simple format to this blog post. I know I have been feeling really stressed out with the amount of schoolwork I need to do so it is helpful to remember even when I am busy that I am important. And I deserve time to myself.
I appreciate this blog. It’s a reminder that we are more than our achievements or job titles, and that our value is not solely determined by external factors.
I think it’s simple to hear or read these words but not really accept them for yourself. So thank you for this reminder. I needed it. I do know I make a difference in my varies ministries but it’s all because Jesus gave me purpose.
It is nice to have a bit of reassurance during your day. Your self-confidance needs to break up the monotony with a bit of self-reassurance. This was nice little poem that provided a little confidence boost for the day.
Being aware of how important you are to the people around you and go the lord who created you is so important. It grounds us for faith and gives us feet to stand up on when we feel like weve been beat to our knees. If anybody has ever been beat to their knees in life it’s me. I’ve seen more things and done more bad things to people than I ever care to talk about. But when the smoke clears and the bullets stop flying , we are so important to the people who love us
It is always good to hear that you are important. It can be hard sometimes to believe that we are more than what we do or what we have. God accepts me with all my scars, all my bruises, and all my hurt, as His own. It is good to know that I am important, just as I am, in this moment.
This a good reminder because sometimes I find myself basing my importance on my performance or things I accomplish, but with God, that is not the case. He sees us as important no matter what we’ve done or accomplished. All my successes, all my failures, all my pain, and all my happiness never changes how important I am to God.
This was much needed for me. Sometimes I forget to put myself first. I thrive on serving others, and it feels weird to me when I try to put myself first throughout the day. The only downfall of this is that a lot of times I find myself running ragged and very exhausted. This is a great reminder for me to put myself first every once in a while.
I really liked how you were talking straight to the person reading this. You were being intentional about calling me out and speaking words over me. That is so good.
