Fear and bravery invite us to pause. To notice a moment and make a decision. To be in awe while choosing to still pursue a conversation with God. Pause and choose to be fearfully brave.
How? Afraid to see God but brave enough to seek Him. Afraid to make a mistake but brave enough to try. Afraid that people might be upset if you take time away from the busyness of church but brave enough to back off. Afraid to nap but brave enough to fall asleep. Afraid to ask for miracles when you pray because you might be disappointed but brave enough to pray anyway.
And, especially this one. When afraid to say no, being brave enough to say no.
