Think about today.

Just one day.

Just… today.

Not tomorrow. Not yesterday.
Today.

How can you become more aware of God today? What can you do differently—what can you think differently—to experience His presence in this one day?

How could you talk with God more today than you did yesterday? How might you listen more intentionally than you have in days past?

What if you slowed your mental, physical, and emotional pace—just a little? What if, today, you chose to live more slowly… more attentively… more prayerfully?

What if you opened that book—the Bible or devotional or journal—and truly read? What if you walked a little more slowly, with your eyes open and your heart listening? What if your prayer wasn’t just spoken, but written? What if today’s walk became today’s conversation with the Holy Listener?

Today is an Invitation.

Not to fix everything. Not to figure everything out. But to be with God.

To talk. To listen. To pause. To breathe. To begin again.

Try This—Today:

        •       Pause before every meal and whisper a short prayer of gratitude.
        •       Set a reminder on your phone that says, “God is with me—right now.”
        •       Write a three-sentence prayer at the end of your day.
        •       Take a walk with no podcast, no music, phone off—just prayer.
        •       Read one Psalm slowly, out loud, like a conversation.
        •       Ask yourself: “Where did I notice God today?”
        •       Say “Today” each time your mind wants to race toward tomorrow.

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be profound. But you can be present.

Today is the only day you’re living in.

And today—God is with you.
